The Adult Alpha runs once a week and starts on Wednesday 24th September at 7.30 finishing at 9.30. This is a 10 week course. For a full listing click here. Don’t worry if you can’t make them all, come to those you can make we can lend you the video’s to catch up)

The first evening is an introduction to the course and to understand what Alpha is all about. It is an informal evening and includes a meal better known as the Alpha supper.
